Advice from Brisbane criminal lawyers

When do I need to contact a criminal lawyer?

If you have been charged, are under investigation, or have been contacted by police, it is important to obtain legal advice as early as possible. In many cases, decisions made at the beginning can affect the outcome and can be the difference between being found guilty and not guilty.

Early advice allows our criminal lawyers to review the available evidence, identify any issues in the prosecution case, and negotiate.

Even if you are unsure about the seriousness of the situation, it is often better to obtain advice early so you understand your position and the steps ahead.
